Where we ship
We currently ship to all addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing (production) time
Every item is personalized and printed to order. Production takes 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During peak seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, production may take a little longer.
Shipping time and rates
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days after production): $5.99, or FREE on orders of $50 or more
- Expedited Shipping (3–5 business days after production): $12.99
Estimated total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. See Track Order for help.
Holiday orders
For Christmas delivery, we recommend ordering as early as possible. Carrier delays during the holidays are outside our control.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please see our Refund & Replacement Policy – we'll send a replacement or refund.
